but you can't use any Chats other than Local or Whisper until your lv15, and I can't exactly earn experience while stuck underground. I've been told that I might be able to get a GM by talking in Nation Chat.
What I need is for a GM or representative of the company to move my character's physical location above ground, although after all the hours I already wasted just trying to play the game, I'm not sure it's even worth it, at this point. I don't think reinstalling the game will make a difference, at the end of the day, my character is stuck underground, and it's "location" is going to remain there no matter what. I did file a report last night, but I haven't heard anything yet. I tried Escape, Recall and entering the game again. Worst case, you could try a fresh reinstall in case any files got corrupted. Or send an email to because Trion (the publisher) recently got sold, their support staff might take a while to get back to you. You can try sending a support ticket in through Glyph (at the launcher, click Account, then click Help, then Submit a Request at the top after you've signed in). On there, you should find a skill called Escape, which is basically the same as /unstuck.īut not sure if that'll solve your problem, since it seems like your character is just constantly falling through the ground. I tried exiting the game and coming back, but I'm right back in the ocean again.
I tried drowning myself in the sea, but when I die, I just teleport under where I guess the Temple should be, and then fall back down to the water and get stuck again.
I tried using Recall, but all that does is teleport me to where the ground "should" be, and then I fall back down to the ocean while watching all the NPC's in that area also fall with me, but after a few seconds they disappear (presumably going back to where they were). I finished the beginning part, where your transformed, and your character wakes up complaining about nightmares.Īnd then I fell through the map, into a giant sea located underneath of the entire game. Downloaded the game and just started playing a Warborn.
